The gentleman, who handled my service appointment at your new facility, David Mandeville, was very helpful and kind. He even gave me a loaner car to go to the mall, because the shuttle had just left - very nice!!! Everybody in that location, as well as on the phones, was very courteous and professional. loaner was great and my car was clean and well serviced.

The car's engine light was coming on. On 5/7/2013, diesel filter was replaced. After picking up the car the following day the engine light came on again. Hence I took the car back again. On 5/13/2013, a tube & gasket was replaced. Now the problem seems to be gone. Hope I will not have engine light problem after the expiry of warranty. Other than that job was doe well. People are friendly. After the repairs, before handing over the cars was washed and made to look like new.

all was good with my service, beautiful new facility and friendly staff. only problem - car is still indicating that i need "service"; mechanic forgot to reset the computer, so i need to bring the car back, which is a bit of an inconvenience.

The service people at Open Road VW in Bridgewater, NJ are conscientious and overall do very good work. My last service on 5-7-13 was done well and service work was communicated properly. David Mandeville (Service Advisor) was excellent. Unfortunately I've had an ongoing issue with water on the floor of the passenger side of my wife's Passat. The water issue was first discovered in May 2010. After 6 service appointments and 3 years it is still not resolved. It rained this weekend (5-11-13) and the passenger side floor was soaking wet. I've never had a problem like this in the 35 years I've owned cars.
